Each Physical Therapist at C. Foster Physical Therapy has completed or is in the process of completing a rigorous post-professional, credentialed fellowship training program: The Fellowship of the American Academy of Orthopaedic & Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT)

A fellowship-trained physical therapist (FAAOMPT) has completed extensive post-graduate training in orthopedic and manual therapy to effectively identify and treat movement dysfunctions. Less than 1% of all licensed physical therapists are fellowship-trained. Whether you are trying to stand up without pain or improve your sports performance, our fellowship-trained physical therapists are highly skilled in assessing abnormal movement patterns to determine where to focus and individualize treatment. Finding the ultimate cause of the pain will resolve the problem and help you reach your goals.

As a service to our patients, we will gladly file claims with your insurance company on your behalf. In order to appropriately submit these claims, we will need to obtain a copy of your insurance identification card to ensure that we have the necessary information.

Your therapist will conduct an evaluation of your condition lasting around 60 minutes. The evaluation is necessary to create a program designed specifically to address your needs for a maximum recovery.

– If you are getting therapy as a result of a worker’s compensation claim or an automobile accident, you will also need to bring your claim information, including claim number.

Please arrive 15 minutes early on your first visit to fill out any necessary paperwork.

We recommend comfortable clothing such as sweatpants or shorts, a T-shirt or tank-top and sneakers.
